Clemmons. Go south in Clemmons on Harper Road and turn onto
Hwy. 158 West. Turn into Bermuda Run Subdivision (after
Crossing Yadkin River) on Bermuda Drive and then take a left
onto Riverbend Drive. Lot 174 is on Riverbend Drive just
after the number 11 golf course green and before house at
241 Riverbend Drive.

PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
This application is for the issuance of a single family
residence sandfilter permit. The site evaluation, performed on
November 17, 1994, determined that the system has not been
constructed and that the proposed discharge point is to the
Yadkin River. At the point of the proposed discharge, the Yadkin
River is classified as WS -IV.
WSRO recommends approval of the discharge be granted in
accordance with current Division policy.
