On Larch 12, 1982, this office did a site evaluation on lot #2, Bermuda Run.
At present, this site is classified provisionally suitable. Only a small
section of this lot can be used for the septic tank system, therefore it is
imperative that a representative from this office meet nn the site with
the prospective buyer/builder so that there will be no misunderstandino_
concerninn the location of the system.
The size of the usable area for a ground absorption sewage disposal system
is such that the house must be limited to three hedrooms.

In response to your inquiry concerning the above mentioned property,
please note the following.
Lot was evaluated 3/12/82
Lot was classified provisionally suitable, as only a small part
of the lot can be used for the septic tank system, the house
shall be limited to three (3) bedrooms, there could he no type
of circle driite in the front yard, pump might have to be used
dependent on the type of house to be built.
The prospective buyer/builder would have to meet a representative of
this office on the site to make sure all important limitations are clearly
