On December 19, 1986, this office evaluated lots 13 and 14 in
Section II of Hickory Hill off Cornatzer Road. I
The front portion of lot 14 is classified provisionally suitable
however a pump will need to be used. Before the lot can be approved,
the proposed house must be located. The house will need to sit very
close to the lake in order to ensure adequate area for the septic tank
system.
Lot 13 is classified unsuitable due to the number of gullies
that disect the front portion of the lot and lack of available area.
