day.
He had been ili for two years'

of Sampson Medicine Company.

He was a member of Union
Chapel Methodist Church in Davie
County, the Travelers' Protective
Association, and the Junior Order.
He was married Feb, 3, 1915, to
Margaret DAvlggins who survives.
Also surviving are five daugh-
ters, Mrs, Frank Kimball of West
Clemmonsvllle Roact, firs. ward
E. Fox of Cherry Creek, N. Y.,
Mrs. It. B. Gabriel Jr. of Raleigh,
Mrs. L. L. Lucas Jr. of Greens-
boro and Mrs. 1larshall F. Shoa€

MERCHANT OF DAVIE
Noah Swaim Stonestreet, a mer-
chant of Davie county, died at a
local at 9 o'clock this morning. He
had been ill for the past ten days
and was brou-lit to the hospital
Sunday afternoon. The deceased,
who was 26 years of age, was the
son of John A. Stonestreet.
Air. Stonestreet is survived by his
father, four sisters, Mrs. R. W. Col-
lette, of Cana; Mrs. M. 114. Pendle-
ton, of Welsh West Virginia; Mrs.
C. F. Robb of Woodleath; Miss Sa-
dia Pearl .Stonestreet, of Cana, and
two brothers, A. C. and W. F.
Stonestreet, of Winston-Salem.
The funeral will be conducted
from Union Chapel church at 2
o'clock Tuesday afternoon by Rev.
J. T. Sisko and Interment will be
in the church graveyard.
