The results of said evaluation are as follows. The size of the lot is 200 by 200, with small gullies across the front and rear portions of the lot. These areas are not considered good sites for the installation of ground absorption sewage treatment and disposal systems. The rest of the lot is classified as provisionally suitable, meaning that with proper care and planning concerning the placement of a dwelling, this office can forsee no serious problems in issuing a permit to install a sewage treatment and disposal system.
