He had been ili for two years' and in serious condition for t"o' months. 4 Mr. Stonestreet was born July j 8, 1881, In Davie County, son of l John A. and Jane Penry Stone-! street. He moved to Winston-Salem at the a e of 21 and was co-owner, of Sampson Medicine Company. having retired from the business i two years ago. He was a member of Union Chapel Methodist Church in Davie County, the Travelers' Protective Association, and the Junior Order. He was married Feb, 3, 1915, to Margaret DAvlggins who survives. Also surviving are five daugh- ters, Mrs, Frank Kimball of West Clemmonsvllle Roact, firs. ward E. Fox of Cherry Creek, N. Y., Mrs. It. B. Gabriel Jr. of Raleigh, Mrs. L. L. Lucas Jr. of Greens- boro and Mrs. 1larshall F. Shoa€ of 2859 Patria Street; four sons, A. C. Stonestreet Jr. of Baltimore, b1d.. A. D. (Cotton) Stonestreet of 1315 West Clemmonsville Road, David R. He had been ill for the past ten days and was brou-lit to the hospital Sunday afternoon. The deceased, who was 26 years of age, was the son of John A. Stonestreet. Air. Stonestreet is survived by his father, four sisters, Mrs. R. W. Col- lette, of Cana; Mrs. M. 114. Pendle- ton, of Welsh West Virginia; Mrs. C. F. Robb of Woodleath; Miss Sa- dia Pearl .Stonestreet, of Cana, and two brothers, A. C. and W. F. Stonestreet, of Winston-Salem. The funeral will be conducted from Union Chapel church at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon by Rev. J. T.
