unpaved road known as the Jack Boos Road which was conveyed to them by deed
from Knox Johnston and Wade Barber, Executors of the Lost Will and Testa-
ment of I. G. Roberts, being a part of the I. G. Roberts Home Farm, by
deed recorded in Book 69, page 594, Davie County Registry.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid tract or parcel of land and all privileges
and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said parties of the second part and
their heirs and assigns forever.
And the said parties of the first part do covenant that they are seised of
said premises in fee and have the right to convey the same in fes simple; that
the same are free from incumbrance a; and that they will warrant and defend the
said title to the same against the claims of all persona whomsoever.
