Water can be obtained from a public water supply. The property had been sub-divided in 2004. An existing system was located on the property,but was not located or found at the time of our visit. Due to the new plat date a repair area would be required and must meet all laws and rules that are currently in place. The soils on the site have 0- 12'inches of a sandy clay loam surface layer. The clay horizon was encountered from 12—20 inches. The clay mineralogy was found to be expansive due to very firm moist soil consistence and a very plastic wet soil consistence. Soil wetness conditions were encountered at 16 inches of soil colors of chroma 2 or less This site is unsuitable for a sub-surface sewage treatment and disposal system because of shallow depth to unsuitable soil characteristics(.1941)and unsuitable soil wetness conditions (.1942).
