Dear Ms. Siddens
On January 71 1992, this office evaluated a 1.45 acre lot on Brook Drive
off Sanford Road in Davie County.
Based on the soil conditions that exist on the back portion of this lot
this office classifies the lot provisionally suitable for septic tank
installation.
The front and lower left side is classified unsuitable.
It should be noted that a pump will probably need to be installed to place
the effluent in the provisionally suitable area.
Before any permit is issued and final approval given the proposed dwelling
' • must be staked off to insure ample space is available for the proposed
installation.
